In normal times, the cost of applying for a visa is $6 – the processing time is 2 working days. Does not include the visa stamp fee paid at Vietnam airport.

Apply for expedited visa fees on weekends and holidays:
- +170 USD: Vietnam time (GMT+7) Application before 09:00AM, received at 12:00 PM on the same day (excluding stamping fee)
- +120 USD: Vietnam time (GMT+7) Application before 03:00 PM, received at 06:00 PM on the same day (excluding stamping fee)
Applying for Rush Visa Approval Letter:
- Step 1: Click this link to fill the online form: https://www.yuenanyuenan.com/en/apply/ Choose when you want to receive visa letter and pay for the service fee. You can use a Visa/Masstercard or Alipay (have payment problem, please add the WeChat hotline: vietnam-visa)
- Step 2: Receive a visa letter via email (if have not receive approvel letter, please try to check spam mail or mail to us).
- Step 3: After receiving the email, print all required documents: including the letter and entry application form (NA1form). Prepare two passport-sized photos and pay the visa stamp fee in cash (you can use Vietnamese Dong or US dollars).
Please remember:
- Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry.
- You need to prepare two passport-sized photos. These photos were taken recently, without glasses. If you don’t have a photo yet, you can take a photo at the Vietnam airport, the fee around 3-5 dollars.
- You need to pay the visa stamp fee in cash at the Vietnam airport (can’t use Visa card).
If the time is too urgent and the Airline staff don’t help to print out approval letter. Please use our fastrack support service at the airport in Vietnam. The people here will print it out for you. In this case, our staff will print out the visa approval letter and wait for you.
