For Taiwan citizens entering Vietnam for the purpose of visiting relatives, their visas are about to expire, but they want to stay for a short time, but they don’t know how to apply. Taiwan citizens who want to extend their short-term visa for one or three months can apply for a visa extension at the nearest Immigration Bureau and prepare the following materials:
Procedures for extending a Dependent visa (TT) include:
- Original passport, valid for at least 06 months.
- Visa application form Na5 certified by district/community police with permanent residence right of Vietnamese spouse.
- Documents proving the relationship between husband and wife (marriage certificate, family relationship…).
- Certified copy of identity card or passport of Vietnamese spouse (guarantor).
- The police in the temporary residence area of foreigners confirmed the temporary residence.
Time for handling administrative procedures: 05 working days.
