⚠️ E字頭電子護照（生物識別護照）特別注意
持中國大陸護照（尤其是新版E字頭電子護照）申請越南電子簽證獲批後，抵達越南機場時仍須前往「Visa on Arrival」櫃台免費換取另紙簽證（Loose-leaf Visa）。請務必攜帶兩張2吋白底照片。換簽免費，但排隊時間可能較長。
三、手把手申請教學（七大步驟）
無論您身在香港哪個角落，只要有一台電腦或手機，即可完成申請。
步驟一：進入官方申請網站
前往越南出入境管理局官方E-Visa網站，或通過專業代辦網站申請。

步驟三：上傳照片與護照掃描檔

步驟四：填寫線上申請表（全部使用英文）
這是最容易出錯的步驟。請特別注意以下欄位：

步驟五：複查資料並保存追蹤碼
提交前務必雙重檢查所有資訊。提交後系統會生成一組Registration Code（申請編號） ，請務必記下來或截圖保存——這是日後查詢進度或啟用催簽服務的唯一憑證。
步驟六：線上繳費
使用信用卡完成付款（支援Visa/Mastercard/JCB等）。
步驟七：等待審核並收取簽證
審核通過後，簽證將以PDF檔案發送至您的Email。請列印兩份紙本（黑白或彩色均可）隨身攜帶。

💡 兩種緊急情況的處理方式：

五、⚠️ 簽證資料錯誤更正｜姓名、護照號碼、出生日期有誤怎麼辦？
這是許多中國旅客最頭痛的問題——收到簽證PDF後，發現姓名拼寫錯誤、護照號碼打錯、出生日期有誤。
❌ 官方無法修改：一旦越南電子簽證提交申請或核發成功，越南移民局的官方系統不提供任何線上修改功能。簽證上的資訊與實體護照對不上，該張簽證直接等同失效，必須重新辦理。
